When did you start at Five Forks Athletics?

"We joined July 2024!!" 


What is your favorite workout?

Asa - "All of them!"

Ang - "Cindy!"


What type of exercise were you doing before Five Forks Athletics?

"We’ve each done CrossFit for 10+ years! We usually mix in some running and functional body building workouts." 


What are your health and fitness goals and have you achieved any of those goals, how’s it going so far?

Asa -  "I want to look good naked now, be healthy and fit when I’m old and be more fit than 99% of the population. Basically, I want to be as fit as Doug when I’m 70+ and teach our kids what a healthy lifestyle looks like."

Ang -  "I want to be strong, fit, and able to keep up with my wild Tasmanian (Cooper) while pregnant and postpartum with our daughter. I was able to workout until the day Cooper was born and that is my goal this pregnancy too!" 


 Has Five Forks Athletics affected your life outside the gym? 

"YES, of course. We have made so many new friends and built relationships that will last a lifetime - hopefully through our kids. We always looked for a community we could raise our children in as they grow and the FFA community has truly become what we’ve always craved."

 

Do you have any other special memories or achievements during your time here?

"Asa being coerced by a feisty Belarusian gal in coming out of competition retirement to compete in the in-house comp last year! Can’t say no to T! haha!

All in all, it’s been so special getting to watch Cooper grow up around so many little bambino’s his age and being able to welcome a new little babe into the FFA fam next year!!"
