"About 5 years ago."
What is your favorite workout?
"Anything with a machine or strength training… just keep the burpees far, far away."
What type of exercise were you doing before Five Forks Athletics?"
"Mostly early‑morning Peloton workouts and walking my kids around the neighborhood in their wagon during Covid.
What are your health and fitness goals and have you achieved any of those goals, how’s it going so far?"
"My goals are to get stronger, stay consistent, and feel like the best version of myself. And honestly, it’s going great. I’m already seeing progress, feeling stronger, and proving to myself what consistency can do."
Has Five Forks Athletics affected your life outside the gym?
"Absolutely! Five Forks has impacted my life well beyond the workouts. I’ve made lifelong friends and true accountability partners. The members and coaches are genuinely the best. Shoutout to the 6 AM Hybrid crew for keeping me showing up strong!
Do you have any other special memories or achievements during your time here?
"There are countless, from competing in my first in‑house event with just 24 hours notice (Stacy is the MVP!) to picking up a barbell for the first time. Watching myself get stronger and hit PRs has been incredibly rewarding."
