When did you start at Five Forks Athletics?
"I joined Five Forks Athletics in October 2024.
What is your favorite workout?
"My favorite workouts involve one on one strength training with Hudson and cardio group classes in Hybrid."
What type of exercise were you doing before Five Forks Athletics?
"Before joining Five Forks I would hit the bike tracks as I love biking. Other workouts involved gym weights with machines."
What are your health and fitness goals and have you achieved any of those goals, how’s it going so far?
"My health and fitness goals are to build more muscle overtime with slow progression.
My main aim is to build fitness and become stronger.
Has Five Forks Athletics affected your life outside the gym?
"This past year I have definitely built muscle, gaining a better body composition.
I dropped 16 pounds since joining and my clothes are fitting much much better!"
Do you have any other special memories or achievements during your time here?
"Five Forks has given me the opportunity to make great friends and be part of a great community along with always feeling included.
My special memories include success celebrated within the group."
