When did you start at Five Forks Athletics?
"2023"
What is your favorite workout?
Justin - "My favorite workout is anything bench press related and using the rowing machine or other cardio/machine equipment."
Viktoriya - "Weightlifting!"
What type of exercise were you doing before Five Forks Athletics?
Justin - "Before going to FFA I was only doing basic things like walking etc. When I was younger I used to consistently go to a gym but with lifestyle change I got in bad routines of not going unfortunately."
Viktoriya - "Beachbody and some cardio at the gym."
What are your health and fitness goals, and how is that going so far?
Justin - "My health and fitness goals are to keep working out with weights and cardio to stay healthy. I have achieved getting a stronger core, overall better endurance and losing over 20lbs so far!"
Viktoriya - "To be stronger, healthier, more fit and feel better. I have definitely hit several of my goals but I will always continue to set new goals for myself and push harder to meet them."
Has Five Forks Athletics affected your life outside the gym?
Justin - "Five Forks Athletics has helped me outside the gym with everyday movement and being able to do things easier and lift things with a stronger back and core."
Viktoriya - "I have more energy and feel much better in my own skin!"
Do you have any special memories or achievements during your time at the gym?
Justin - " I've met some pretty cool new people and have learned new techniques with different exercises."
Viktoriya - "I never lifted heavy weights or did bench press before FFA. Going from lifting just a bar to lifting heavy weight made a huge difference especially in my mental health. It gives me motivation to keep going and not settle or give up. I recently PR'd my deadlift at 270 which I'm super happy about!"
