When did you start at Five Forks Athletics?


April 2021 (I think)


What is your favorite workout?


Let's see what I don't like Burpees, no to thrusters no running .. okay I like Shoulder press, squats, deadlifts...and any metcon where I survive.


What type of exercise were you doing before Five Forks Athletics? 


OTF - Orange Theory Fitness.


What are your health and fitness goals and have you achieved any of those goals, how’s it going so far?


My goal is to be better than yesterday. When I started,  I barely could do much of anything now I am much better. Even my doctor is happy with my blood work. The best part I can hit the golf ball a long way (sometimes in the woods but long ways).


Has Five Forks Athletics affected your life outside the gym? 


Yes, when you exercise as hard as we do at FFA your mood is better, you are stronger, deal better with work stress and demands and you help random people carry stuff.  


Do you have any other special memories or achievements during your time here? 


FFA is like a family especially noon class they help you, call you out and there when needed. Also, all the coaches who help you to be better, Lindsey for making me use a wall ball when I squat or Brit G for explaining how using hips help with snatches or Hudson who explains every step so that you do it right and prevent injuries.
